Chet Kenoyer
I was born and raised in Bellingham, Washington. After graduating from Sehome High School, I attended Washington State University to study business. Like my son, immediately after college, I began my career in real estate. I have been blessed with a career that has lasted over 40 years now; time really flies! It has evolved from being just a job to more of a passion. I love the art of negotiating and enjoy seeing people find the home they’ve always wanted. I’m thrilled to be working alongside my daughter, Gina, and my son, Jess, watching how the real estate industry is changing and evolving over time. We are continuously striving to be the best we can be, while still managing to keep our ethics the highest priority. I look forward to many years to come!

I’m happily married to my beautiful wife, Lynette, and have three grown children who were all born and raised in Bellingham. As I mentioned, I sell real estate alongside Gina, my youngest daughter, and Jess, my only son, and Krista, who is married and is a mother to our four granddaughters – Kya, Kenna, Kierra, and Kysin. We enjoy spending time together as a family and try to spend time outside as much as we can. I’m blessed to be in a career that I love so much that I don’t have to call it ‘work’. In my spare time, you can find me at a car show, playing on the lake, or relaxing at home with my family.
