Ford was born and raised in the greater Seattle area. Right out of college, he joined Amazon where he worked for nearly two decades leading worldwide business development teams. During that time, he built a career around leading teams and people, scaling operations, building relationships, and businesses grow. Along the way, he earned his MBA from the University of Washington while continuing to work full-time.
Ford joined the Kenoyer team in March 2026. What drew him to real estate was not a departure from the work he loved, but a natural extension of it: helping people navigate important decisions, build lasting relationships, and take meaningful next steps in their lives. For Ford, there is something especially meaningful about doing that work in the community where his family has deep roots, and alongside a family business that has served generations.
Ford is married to Gina, and together they are raising their son, Beau. If not working, Ford is golfing, cooking, traveling, doing yard work and hanging out with friends and family.
After years spent building teams and businesses on a global scale, he is excited to bring that same energy, care, and commitment to Bellingham, the Kenoyer team, and the next chapter of the family business.
