Tricia Jorissen

Tricia is a lifelong Whatcom County resident, and she's spent her career building relationships within it. Before beginning her career in real estate, Tricia spent eighteen years working in special education across the Ferndale and Lynden school districts, where she developed the patience, organization, and people-first approach that continues to define her work today. She later transitioned into the construction industry and cabinet design, gaining valuable experience managing projects, coordinating details, and helping clients bring their visions to life. During that time, she earned her real estate license, giving her a deeper understanding of the construction process and the real estate industry.

Since joining the Kenoyer team in 2021, she has worked behind the scenes to support the team’s day-to-day operations, manage transaction details, and serve as a resource for both clients and agents. As Director of Operations for Kenoyer Real Estate, Tricia is the operational backbone of the team, ensuring every listing, timeline, and client touchpoint is executed with precision and care. Her thoughtful approach and attention to detail help ensure every transaction moves smoothly from listing to closing.

Outside of work, Tricia enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, and their family. They are proud parents of two sons, Tanner and Clayton, and are delighted to have Tanner's wife, Sierra, as part of the family. Whether traveling to new destinations or boating through the San Juan Islands, she values every opportunity to slow down and enjoy time with the people she loves most.
